Use this document alongside the Daralbeida Sourcing Checklist (48 control points, 8 sub-sections) and the Daralbeida Checklist Terrain (70 criteria, 7 phases, applied at each site). Do not re-run those lists here. Critical correction to carry, replacing the stale note on page 4 of the Terrain Checklist: the Terrain still describes the IEEPA 10 percent tariff as suspended in May 2025 with appeal pending. That position is out of date. The US Supreme Court struck down all IEEPA tariffs on 2026-02-20. Within hours, a new Section 122 global tariff was imposed, taking effect 2026-02-24, currently 10 percent with stated intent to raise to 15 percent, capped at 150 days without Congressional action. Carry no duty figures into producer conversations; route any tariff questions to US trade counsel before the trip. ================================================================================ 2. Step 1 is Gate 0; Step 4 is Gate 1; Step 6 captures the visual evidence for the Gate 0 witnessing. Step 1. Gate 0, witnessed at-source. Draw the sample yourself, or directly witness it being drawn from the named tank. Record the tank ID. Do not accept a pre-poured sample handed to you from the office. Step 2. Fill three bottles from the same draw. Cap each, wipe the neck clean, apply a numbered tamper-evident seal. Step 3. Label each bottle: Lot ID, estate, cultivar, tank ID, date, time, your initials. Lot ID format is DAB_YY_Month_SupplierCode_TankID_Seq. Step 4. Gate 1, on site. Run one bottle on the OxiTester. Record FFA, peroxide, and polyphenols against the Section 2 thresholds. Note the storage temperature. Step 5. Log all three bottles in the chain of custody log, Section 5.2. The retain bottle and lab bottle stay sealed; keep them cool and dark in the cooler bag. Step 6. Photograph the tank, the seal and label as applied, and the producer's matching COA.
